A new 70 ft tall MonoPine communications tower and prefabricated equipment shelter built into a very rocky hillside in the back of LA County Fire Station 72 in the hills above Malibu, this project challenging because it required us to cut into solid rock to accommodate the new facility and then drilling over a course of 6 weeks a hole at 8’ wide and 36 feet deep.
